What are some effective home remedies to reduce belly fat?

I am a person who doesn't believe in scientific medicines much. Called me orthodox but I prefer to rely on natural remedies, rather than modern science. I currently don't have a job, searching for one but no luck yet. Due to spending most of my time at home, I have developed a habit of late-night snacking, which has resulted in me gaining weight. I want to reduce weight but naturally. Can you suggest me some effective home remedies to reduce fat and not recommend me to seek medical help? I have heard a combination of lemon and honey does wonder.

Can I suggest you something different compared to what others have said? All you need is to find a go-to-stress reliever. The reason I am suggesting this is because stress is one of the core reasons why we gain weight. As said in your post, you don't have a job currently and that is indeed a stressful situation. No doubt, that's why you have directed yourself towards midnight snacks to take the  your mind off of your worries. Maybe try to add some food to your routines such as garlic or chamomile tea in your diet to end the anxiety. Chamomile tea also promotes weight loss and takes care of other health conditions such as high blood pressure. You can also use lavender oil for body massage to calm down your nerves. Once you eliminate anxiety from your routine, you will automatically come back in shape.

Interesting thread! well, I don't want to engage in the debate of drugs vs home remedies but I can share some helpful tips for you. While you have figured out the importance of lemon and honey, I would suggest adding green tea to daily reduce fat, you will be surprised by the end results. It will not only help you reduce inches from the waist but also detoxify your skin. This means, by using green tea you will receive more than 1 benefit. Secondly, if you have stronger stamina, you might opt for intermediate fasting, it is highly effective and a healthy way to reduce weight. Many people opt for Keto but i am not sure how beneficial that is.

I am appalled to hear this, you people seriously thing natural home remedies are much more affected than pharmaceutical drugs' ? What world are you living in? If lemon, ginger and god knows what is enough to cure a disease then why do we even have doctors in the first place or prescriptions? Coming towards your issue, you can easily reduce weight by drinking slimming tea or by using dietary weight loss products. Moreover, they are safe and since clearly you have said a big no to science treatment then you may rely on these. A quick tip, increase your protein intake, if you really want to loose some calroies.

If you really want to lose weight naturally, then the combination of lemon and honey should be good enough but on a side note, I would suggest you add some different and effective exercises such as jumping jacks and crunches to reduce the fat from the tummy. If you will incorporate exercises in your daily routine, it will help you to achieve the result much more rapidly. I agree with you about modern medicine, but it is not a popular idea these days. As people tend to rely on its heavy dozes in hopes to achieve the result faster, which is not a smart idea in my opinion. However, comments may pop up now, arguing that I am wrong.
